Artisanal manufacturing: each pair is assembled by hand in a Portuguese family workshop, with meticulous attention to detail and finish.

• Upper : plant-based material made from pesticide-free cereals (73% Bio PU + 27% recycled polyester) and vegan suede (50% PU + 50% nylon)
• Inner lining: Mesh made from recycled plastic bottles (100%)

• Removable insole : recycled foam (100%)

Each pair of vegan Zèta trainers emits 6kg of CO2, compared with 15kg for a standard pair of trainers.

Zèta carried out a life cycle analysis of its shoes, notably using the ADEME tool, to understand their impact and reduce it as much as possible.

This analysis takes into account the manufacture and processing of raw materials, the production of the shoes, their transport from Portugal to France, their use over a 3-year period, and end-of-life recycling.
