Where are you from ?
Zebra Vegan Shop an online store based in France , near Grenoble in the heart of the mountains. I am Cyrielle, the founder, and my suppliers are mostly independent European brands , chosen by me for their ethical values .
What are the shipping costs, and which countries can be delivered to ?
We deliver all over Europe . Delivery costs depend on the size of the package and the delivery location.
Here are the rates applied for the products shipped by Zebra Vegan Shop :
For France:
At the relay point :
- 4.95€ for a pair of shoes or a bag
- 3.90€ for small accessories
By Colissimo at home without signature :
- €9.95 for a pair of shoes or a bag
- €6.95 for small accessories
For Europe:
- 15 € for a pair of shoes , a bag, a watch, some wallets.
- 12€ for small accessories
Some items are shipped directly by the brands: the shipping costs are therefore specific to each brand, some offer free shipping. This is specified on the product sheets and at the checkout stage.
Who delivers my item?
For items in stock at Zebra, packages are shipped via La Poste in Colissimo, with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
Items sent directly by brands are shipped with carriers such as DHL, UPS or GLS, Colis Privé, always with a tracking number.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Packages are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours. You must then add the delivery time which depends on the origin of the package: the delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days, depending on the carriers.
What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery ?
Don't worry, the package will be left in your mailbox if the size allows it . Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office or at a collection point. A delivery notice or online tracking will tell you where to collect your package.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been sent, please contact me immediately by email and I will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent, the address cannot be changed.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
Are you worried that you still haven't received your package? Contact me via the contact form and give me your order number, so I can make the necessary checks.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order by credit card or via Paypal . We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payment on receipt.
Can I pay in installments?

Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure . First, this site is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payment, we use Shopify Payment and Paypal which are trusted references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my product?
You are 100% satisfaction or your money back ! Whatever the reason, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us for free within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange it or refund the price of the item in full (excluding shipping costs). However, all returned products must be in perfect condition .
