Return and Refund

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal. Within 14 days of the date of receipt of the ordered goods, the buyer can therefore request the exchange or refund of the item(s) purchased.

We exchange or refund an item if it is defective, damaged or if the size or model does not suit you.

Return costs are offered by Zebra Vegan Shop!

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to contact@zebraveganshop.com so that a return label can be sent to him/her as soon as possible after receiving his/her order. The customer has a total of 14 days from receipt of his/her package to return it to us. The return package must therefore be dropped off at a post office no later than 14 days after receipt of the order (postmark as proof).

The customer must imperatively use the return label provided by Zebra Vegan Shop.

If the customer had chosen to return items by a method of transport not validated by Zebra Vegan Shop and had therefore paid return costs, he/she would not be able to claim any reimbursement of these costs from Zebra Vegan Shop.

Returned items must be new, unworn, clean and in their original box, perfectly intact. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if the item is returned more than 1-4 days after delivery.

Please, when trying on shoes, make sure to do so on a clean floor so as not to dirty the soles.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE

The exchange is made for the same item in a different size or color if the amount is the same and within the limit of stock availability. The exchange will be processed within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the returned item.

In the event of a second exchange request or second product return request: the return costs will be borne by the customer.

REFUND

If the customer opts for a refund, Zebra Vegan Shop will reimburse the customer for the price of the product(s) or delivery costs within 10 working days of receipt of the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
