• Outer : grape-based plant material made from waste from wine production
• Inner lining: mesh made from plastic bottles collected from the Mediterranean (100%)
• Laces : recycled plastic (100%)
• Removable insole : recycled foam (100%)
• Outsole: recycled synthetic rubber (70%)
• Glue: vegan, made from recycled latex
• Label: recycled polyester
• Box: recycled cardboard & flyer made from recycled paper (30%) and organic corn residues (15%)

Each pair of Zèta vegan sneakers emits 6kg of CO2, compared with 15kg for a standard pair of sneakers.

Zèta carried out a life cycle assessment of its shoes, in particular using the ADEME tool, to understand their impact and reduce it as much as possible.

This analysis takes into account the production and processing of raw materials, the manufacture of the shoes, their transport from Portugal to France, their use over a 3-year period, and end-of-life recycling.
