Artisanal craftsmanship: each pair is assembled by hand in a family-run Portuguese workshop, with meticulous attention to detail and finishing.

• Outer : plant-based material made from pesticide-free cereals (73% Bio PU + 27% recycled polyester) and vegan suede (50% PU + 50% nylon)
• Inner lining: recycled cotton (80%) + PES (20%)
• Laces : recycled cotton (100%)
• Removable insole : recycled foam (100%)
• Outsole: recycled synthetic rubber (40%)
• Glue: vegan, made from resin

• Box: recycled cardboard & leaflet made from recycled paper (30%) and organic corn waste (15%)

Each pair of Zèta vegan trainers emits 6kg of CO2, compared with 15kg for a classic pair of trainers.

Zèta carried out a life cycle analysis of its shoes, notably using ADEME's tool, to understand their impact and reduce it as much as possible.

This analysis takes into account the production and processing of raw materials, the manufacture of the shoes, their transport from Portugal to France, their use over a 3-year period, and end-of-life recycling.
