As well as being stylish, the Matéo vegan sneakers are made from eco-friendly materials : a grain-based vegan leather alternative for the white sections and Appleskin for the colored panels.

To design this pair, the brand Ashoka called on the talented designer David Matéo, an expert in the footwear field for 20 years.

Italian grained bio-based material, approved by PETA, made from vegetable oil derived from grains not intended for consumption and GMO-free.

Composition: 31% Viscose / 51.06% Grains / 17.94% Polyurethane.

Smooth outer materials : 
Italian smooth bio-based material, approved by PETA, made from vegetable oil derived from grains not intended for consumption and GMO-free.  

Composition: 31% Cotton / 53.04% grain / 14.96% Polyurethane.

• Apple Skin, Italian bio-based material made from apple waste. Composition: Apple Waste 26% / Cotton 16% / Polyester 20% / Polyurethane 38%.
