🍌Abacá is a species of banana plant whose fibers can be harvested every 3 to 8 months after a 2 to 3 year growth period. Abacá requires neither fertilizer nor pesticides and is nourished by rainwater and surrounding nutrients, which also helps preserve the soil and prevents water waste.
Made in Portugal, in Guimarães.

The study by certified agency FairlyMade shows that the production of the vegan sneaker GEN4 emits 9.13kg of CO2, which is on average 71% less CO2 compared with an equivalent sneaker made from animal leather.
